"Wonderful office!! I have been a client for almost 4 years and I can honestly say that this is the absolute best office for your insurance needs. Whenever I have a problem, such as having to file a homeowners claim at 6 in the morning I was able to speak with the agent, Curt Sumpter on a Sunday!! I didn't have to go through an automated system, which is a super plus to me because I prefer to speak with a live person. The lady that handles the billing Brandy always calls me and makes sure that my payments are always up to date and thanks to her I no longer need to worry about whether I'm late making an insurance payment. Eunice and Jeyson are always available to answer any questions I may have regarding my insurance coverages. Whenever I have to go to the office I am always greeted with a smile and a hello, I can't say enough kind words about this office!"

I have several instances policies with State Farm, due at different days of the month but I have never been late with a payment and that is thanks to Brandy. If Brandy can't reach me through a phone call, she will text and email me until she hears back from me. Im sure if she had to she would pay me a house call just to make sure that my payment is on time! She is always kind and I couldn't ask for a better person to keep track of and process my payments!!"
